Services described
Pages describing assessments, briefings, retainers, and rates are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope note or service agreement issued by Juniperway Trade Outlook Co., Ltd..
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, layout, and original graphics, belongs to Juniperway Trade Outlook Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Deliverables created under a paid engagement are licensed to the commissioning client for internal business use unless the scope note states otherwise. You may not republish our assessments as your own market research product.
No professional substitute clauses beyond scope
Our work is market intelligence and trade flow analysis for consumer goods. It is not legal advice, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or financial advice. You remain responsible for compliance decisions and commercial contracts.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Vietnam, Juniperway is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use or from reliance on informational materials. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
